Here is the list of spells in the domain of Ice.

Acid Rain - Causes acid to do minor damage to targets in a radius and reduce armor ST per round
Aisu - Crushes targets with the glacier doing ice and earth damage
Aqua Ball - Smashes a group of targets doing minor damage and blast damage
Aqua Lung - Creates a blast of water that does ice damage and knocks a target back
Aurora Beam - A massive beam of cold that does ice damage and reduces attributes
Black Ice - Blankets are radius in slippery black ice
Boreal Aura – Freezes targets in a radius with Ice
Cold Orb - Sends a cold orb that strikes the target doing damage
Deluge - Drowned opponents and water doing ice damage and stunning them
Fimbulvert - Calls down the great winter on a battlefield
Freezing Fog - Creates a fog that does ice damage every round
Freezing Ring - Simple ice spell that does ice damage
Freeze Prism - Calls can glacier chunks on targets doing ice damage
Frost Nova - Creates a nova of ice doing ice damage
Frost Reaper - Creates a aura of thick ice that covers weapon
Glacier Crack - Creates a blast of glacier crystals. No MGD applies to reduce damage
Glacier Darts - Strikes a target with a lance of glacier doing ice damage
Glowmore Aura – Blasts target's mind with icy psychic damage
Hail - Causes Hail to do minor ice damage to targets in the radius and reduces armor ST
Ice Blast - Creates a controllable expanding line of ice crystals
Ice Horn - Strikes a target with a gigantic spike of ice. No MGD applies to reduce damage
Ice Lance - Strikes a target with a lance of glacier ice and cuts armor ST in half. No MGD applies to reduce damage
Ice Missile - Ice missile strike a target doing ice damage with a chance to stun
Ice Strike - Characters hands do ice damage and causes the frostbite status effect
Icaria - Creates a massive explosion of ice on a target
Lead Bubble - Creates a bubble that is made of lead to others
Polar Winter - winter blankets a radius causing ice damage and the frostbite status effect
Shotgun Ice - Powerful shotgun blast of ice against a target and reduces ST by half
Snowball - Creates a snowball that causes frostbite against a target
Steam Jet - Jet of steam causing ice damage and severe burns
Tundra - Lowers temperatures to an extreme causing permanent snow and ice damage
Water Blast - Uses water to create a massive tidal wave causing damage and the fatigue status effect
Water Bomb - Summons a large burst of water to do ice damage and causes the confuse status effect
Winterfall - Snow falls in a radius around the caster causing ice damage
