When a warrior hits an enemy, they calculate damage as normal. If there is an adjacent enemy that is at least 5’ away from the enemy who is struck, they take the same amount of damage as the initial target took cut in half. On later levels, the damage will continue to go through adjacent targets until there is no more targets that can be affected or until there is no significant damage to do to the next target. If a target saves in the chain they take no damage from chain strike and the ability ends.
