Crystal Eye allows a warrior to turn one of his eyes into a crystal version of its normal self. While this crystal eye is in place, he can stare down an opponent and cause the target to become stunned for 1 round. The crystal eye lasts for 2d4 rounds. If the target makes a save, they are not stunned that round. Looking at a target takes up the character's move action that round. The target cannot be farther than 10' away.
