This atmospheric explosion lets out a field of negativity in all directions from the blast point. A spot up to 30’ away erupts in a magnetic hellstorm after 3 charge rounds. All within a 15’ radius of the blast point suffer 3d6 Dark damage and 3d6 Super Force damage. Those who save only suffer half damage. At levels 15, 25, and 35 the charge is reduced by -1 round, eventually becoming an instant cast.
