A swirl of fire is centered on the caster in a 15’ radius burning off the very air. It does 2d10 Fire damage every round for 1d4 rounds. While the storm is up, the caster cannot move, if he does, the storm ends. Also, targets attempting to cast nature, holy, or ice spells have the damage cut in half. Those who save suffer half damage that round.
