Holy Flare creates a singular photon of light within the caster’s hands. The photon begins to expand bigger and bigger as the rounds progress. After 4 rounds, everything around the caster is covered by a glaring light. This sphere of energy instantly shrinks back to the photon sized light. This massive transfer of energy creates a colossal blast within a 50’ radius around the caster. This blast causes those within the radius to suffer 6d12 Holy damage, 2d12 damage, and they are blinded for 5 minutes. Every target is also flown back 25’. Those who save suffer half damage, aren't blinded, and aren't knocked back.
