This atmospheric burst shines holy light against all within a 15’ radius. After 3 charge rounds the blast point explodes in a purging blast of light that damages the souls of those affected. Those within the blast suffer 3d6 Super Force damage and 3d6 Holy damage. Those who save only suffer half damage. At levels 15, 25, and 35 the charge is reduced by -1 round, eventually becoming an instant cast.
