This power assaults a target’s brain with strands of mental energy. It lashes the neurons much like a whip causing 4d10 Psychic damage every round this power is maintained up to a maximum of 4 rounds. If a target saves that round, they only suffer half damage. During those rounds, the caster must stay concentrated on the target or else the power ends. If the caster succeeds in keeping the target under Mind Flay till the creature’s HP reaches 0, the target’s mind melts into a grey-slilver ooze that creeps out of every pore in the head.
