Prestigiokinesis plays on a target's neural fears and weaknesses causing monstrous atrocities and plagues to arise around the target. This feeling couples the target into a state of cold, bitter, and darkness causing them to become metapsionically frostbitten for 5 minutes. The target also instantly suffers 2d12 Illusion damage. Targets who save suffer half damage and aren't frostbitten.
