The Psion turns their psionic energies into a pulsing electrum storm in a 20’ radius chosen by the caster up to 50’ away. It rips apart all armor doing -20 ST every round. The bolts of energy pierce targets dealing 1d10 Psychic damage every round. The storm lasts for 4 rounds. Targets are allowed a save every round to only suffer half damage and half ST loss.
