Shine Burst creates a ball of holy energy that the caster lobs at a target up to 30’ away. The 3’ diameter ball smashes into the target with a purgatory force that causes the target and all targets within a 10' radius to suffer 2d10 holy damage. The initial target also becomes fatigued for 5 minutes. Those who save suffer half damage and aren't fatigued.
