The sun must be visible when casting. This requires 3 rounds of concentration. Every round, the caster gathers in sunlight and at the end, a bright beam of white sparkly sun energy shoots in a 1’ diameter and up to 25’ away. If a target is struck, it doesn’t create a hole or damage, but merely passes through the target doing 1d10 Fire damage. At levels 5, 10, and 15 the charge round is reduced by -1 eventually becoming an instant cast. Those who save suffer half damage.
