Much like stop, this causes all within a 15’ radius chosen up to 20’ away to become immobilized by immense gravity. However, unlike stop, the gravity builds an intense static field that shocks all targets doing 4d10 Electric damage every round they are stunned. Those who make a save are not paralyzed however they take damage every round within the radius. The field lasts for 2d4 rounds and all targets are stunned for the duration. They are allowed a save every round for half damage and to not become paralyzed.
